OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESSES

  • STEP 1: PRE-QUALIFICATION OF YOUR APPLICATION
    You have applied for a position that best suits your skills and your application has caught our attention. You will be contacted either through a mail, Text message or a phone call inviting you for an interview.
  • STEP 2: INTERVIEW WITH A RECRUITER
    An interview will be scheduled with a recruiter is assigned to the position you are applying for. This interview helps to find out more about you, your skills, motivations, and experience. You will also be informed on what your job entails and also what your new team might look like.
  • STEP 3: FINAL INTERVIEW WITH THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
    Final decisions are made at this stage on whether you will be joining us at H. Pierson. At this stage your skills are more tried to prove that you truly fit the role you have applied for. More questions such as your leadership skills, critical/logical thinking skills, and managerial skills are been tried at this stage.
  • STEP 4: FORMALIZATION
    Arriving at this stage means we want to work together, you are given an offer and if your offer is accepted then your contract will be signed with the Human Resource Department.
